Oscar

Please meet the lovely Oscar (Igneel). Oscar is around 7 years old (as of May 2023) and is blind. He weighs approx 17kg

Poor Oscar spent much of his life on the end of a chain all by himself, totally neglected by his "owners" with not enough food or shelter. Luckily he was rescued and can now start to learn what the good life can be. He is interested in other dogs but at first he is wary, he needs to sniffle around them carefully then once he knows them he likes to be with other dogs. He loves people and adores being fussed.
