Character

Meet Dasher, an adorable fully sighted boy, born 1st November 2025. He currently weighs 14kgs and is in foster in Spain.

Dasher was rescued in December along with his five siblings. They were found on a rubbish pile on a farm in the mountains. With no mother in sight and all in poor condition, they wouldn’t have survived much longer without proper vet care and food. Fortunately, they were found in time and taken into foster.

Named after Santa’s reindeer for his Christmas rescue, Dasher has grown up in a loving, safe home environment. He loves people and enjoys being around them.  He is very sensible, and is learning all about outside noises. Dasher has a medium energy level.

Dasher is currently lives with 60 dogs of both genders, all sizes and ages. He gets on well with all the dogs and is very respectful of adult dogs. Dasher is lovely with other dogs, pups and people - he is adorable.

Dasher can wear a collar/harness has been on a lead. As he’s just a puppy, he would benefit from further lead training. Dasher hasn’t had the opportunity to meet cats but is young enough that he may be able to live with them with sensible introductions.

Dasher is ready to share all his love with his new family.

Please note - we do not rehome dogs to families with children under the age of 10.

Type of Home Sought

Dasher would love a home with a garden. He’d like an active family where he would have plenty of love and attention. Dasher is looking for a home who will commit to continuing his education. He could live with other dogs, or as an only dog with enough attention and activity.

Dasher will need to be neutered when an appropriate age and this will be at the adopter’s expense.
